Love This Book

Somehow I missed the rocket ship on the cover (how?) and so I thought “Oh, sweet book about the parent-child bond, cute cows, ho hum.” But by the second spread, I was somewhere I had not expected to be and I was delighted. The text and illustrations are perfectly suited to each other and, yes, the cows are cute and it is a sweet book about the parent-child bond but ho hum it is not. So much fun.
